My advice to our youth is this: Make it your utmost priority to flee Illinois ASAP. Your future and your life depends on it.
As retrospect, I think you will all agree with me that my adolescent locker room jock-strap-nose warmer, wedgie hijinks. Has created much of what you see today in the Public Sector. I truly apologize.
The advice is to vote Chmiel chief judge to keep your job, and to make sure you suck up to whoever is in charge. Works like a charm, kids.
