Jack Franks First Quarter Campaign Disclosure Shows But One $50 Contribution

Catching up on campaign disclosure reports for McHenry County Board Chairman Jack Franks revealed that he only received only one $50 campaign contribution during the first three months of 2020.

That might be explained by media reports of a State Police subpoena of documents in House Speaker Mike Madigan’s office pertaining to Jack Franks.

Not that he showed up short of money as of the end of March.

He had $566,094.93 available in various accounts.

Since there is no information about contributions, let’s look at his
$23,413.24 in expenditures.

$3,831.54 of spending were in amounts less than $150, so unrevealed.

The other $19,581.70 is detailed below:

Since then, the only activity made public was a June 30, 2002, $25,000 transfer from a money market account at the First National Bank of Omaha.
