Libertarians File for County Office

Two McHenry County Libertarians filed for McHenry County office yesterday.

Jim Young of Crystal Lake is running for Auditor.

Wonder Lake’s Kelly Liebman is running for Coroner.

Kenneally is unopposed.

Yesterday was the last day to file for third parties and Democrats already decided they would not run anybody for coroner, auditor, or state’s attorney.

A lot of Republicans would have been willing and eager to vote against Kenneally as long as the Dem candidate wasn’t some ultra-woke headcase.
