Rumor is that a truck by Casey’s General Store pulled out into the road in front of a motorcycle.
Somebody I know read that description out loud from something they read on Facebook, so take it with a grain of salt, but that’s what the rumor is.
A number of accidents this summer involving motorcycles and if memory serves, it was the operators of trucks, cars, suvs that were in the wrong.
What can be done to greatly improve safety for motorcycle drivers/passengers?
A terrible shame and another driver likely not paying attention in a terrible hurry to go nowhere. Hopefully this wasn’t done by another drunken shyster.
Condolences to the motorcyclist’s family.
They will look you in the eye and STILL drive you off the road.
Cyclists have always known this aberration.
