Comparing Mass Mailings from Jack Franks and Joe Tirio

Recently, I criticized McHenry County Board Chairman Jack Franks for having his name all over the Covid-91 mailing that should have come from the Department of Emergency Services or the Health Department.

Mailed to 134,000 or so mailboxes–everyone of each route.

Now comes mail to presumably every registered voter who has exercised his or her right to vote recently from County Clerk Joe Tirio.

First look at the envelope:

The envelop wasn’t really pink. It was white. My screen is wonkly.

Next look at the return envelop:

Tirio’s name does not appear on either.

The page of instructions does contain Tirio’s name…in the smallest type on the page:

Finally, here is the application that is to be returned, if one wants to vote by mail. It also includes Tirio’s name, again, in the smallest letters on the page.

McHenry County absentee ballot application.

Comparing Mass Mailings from Jack Franks and Joe Tirio — 27 Comments

  1. I received my vote by mail application.

It makes it plain as day that CCP virus is being used as an excuse to promote mail in ballots.

  2. Cal, are you implying J. Franks has an overactive sense of hubris?

  3. Whatโ€™s wrong with Joe Tirio, hmmm, let me think….

first met Joe and Karen at a Toastmasters meeting, then helped him take down election signs, even went to Karens Baptism before going to Pacific Gardens Mission to see how the homeless population are respectfully minister to.

In all this time I never heard Joe or Karen speak a negative word about anyone personally.

Okay, I know what is wrong with Joe Tirio…he is not the president of the USA!

  4. I think you guys are taking it out of context.

The comparison is between two letters where Jack Franks is all over it with his signature, taking credit for providing covid support and resources, and Tirio’s in small print on a standard letter head.

  5. We get that.

It’s about how one presents himself, or herself.

    Givers and takers

  6. THIS JUST PISSES ME OFF!

WE NEVER ASKED FOR THIS AND TO BE MAILED WITH OUR INFO ON IT FOR SOMEONE TO STEAL FROM OUR MAIL BOX TO BOOT, UNLIKE MOST WE CAN AND WILL GET OFF OUR DUFFS TO GO TO THE POLLS AND VOTE, AS WE HAVE BEEN DOING FOR DECADES! THIS ATTEMPT AT VOTER FRAUD IS DISPICABLE.. !

WHO EVER APPROVED THESE MAILINGS TO GO OUT I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A CHAT WITH, THERE IS A PIECE OF MY MIND THAT FEELS THE NEED TO CHAT WITH YOU AND YOURS…

HOW DARE YOU SEND MY INFO OUT WHEN NOT REQUESTED, TO VOTE VIA MAIL BALLOT!!!

WHO DO AND WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING?

    AND FOR WHO?!

  7. EVERYONE knows that mail in ballots are just a mechanism for fraudulent elections.

    Don’t trust me?

Even the NY Times acknowledged it in 2012:

    https://www.nytimes.com/2012/10/07/us/politics/as-more-vote-by-mail-faulty-ballots-could-impact-elections.html

Now the NY Times is saying the exact opposite….Why?

Because the democrats want to STEAL this election – for president and control of the house and senate.

Now the democratic party has the infrastructure to pull off the fraud, and so the NY Times supports the obvious reality of fraud with mail in ballots.

What’s amazing to me is NOT that the corrupt cities of NY, Chicago, LA, Seattle, Portland et al pretend that mail in ballots are “legitimate” now – they know it’s a fraud.

    They just want to CHEAT.

But when counties like McHenry allow this to happen – thinking it’s really in the best interest of the people – we reveal ourselves as nothing but dolts to the cheating power brokers in the big cities.

If our County Chairman or County Clerk buy into this – they’re either imbeciles or part of the scam.

  8. The crazy guy with all caps… Is right.

Why in the world would this be mailed to my house?

  9. Did Tirio smoke loco weed?

Why’d he send out the ballots w/o being asked?

Did Geo. Soros tell him to do it?

  10. To be fair it’s not Pritzker issuing an order to send out ballots. The GA passed a law requiring applications to be sent out and jb signed it into law.

It’s also an application, at least that’s what I got in the mail. You would need to send it in and then they process and mail you a ballot.

This is not at all like what is being proposed in other states. In last I checked 6 states, they are just planning to mail actual ballots to everyone, unsolicited.

One way requires you to do something to get a ballot mailed to you, the other just dumps millions of ballots in the mail. Big difference if you ask me.

  11. After ballots are mailed to those requesting them, expect that “volunteers” will step forward and advertise their services to pick up and drive the envelopes containing the ballots to the post office. The “volunteers” will say they are being helpful to those that are homebound. They will also say they are saving the environment by gathering up numerous ballots each day before the election and driving the entire lot of them to the post office rather than each voter having to drive to the mail box or post office. The “volunteers” will be hailed as good eco friendly citizens doing good deeds for voter citizens by the local newspapers. The newspapers might even give some kind of rewards or recognition to these generous and community minded “volunteers”.

  12. How many committeepeople have tampered with ballots?

Surely, Former Chicago 14th Ward Committeeperson did so, along with Chicago 13th Ward Committeeperson Mike Madigan and so many others. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  13. Most of them were sent out because state law passed by the Democrats required him to do so.

  14. Democrats in Springfield mandated the mailing of the applicaitons.

  15. So to the mail-in ballots have a signature that’s supposed to be at least somewhat matched to the application to obtain it?

Or is there no method of preventing fraud in the process?

  16. @ The Toilet Bowl

    Stop shouting!

It’s just an application for a mail in ballot.

They (the Dems) did that so their ignorant, dumb ass, illiterate followers might better serve their Democratic masters.

The only one who might consider this letter a ballot are the very ones who need to have their hands held, kept away from machinery and continually warned not to eat the urinal mints!

  17. Lee, it actually is law.

It was passed during the last session of the GA and signed by Gov. Teletubby
