Just happened on a file from 07/11/2020 relative to Covid-19 so I pulled a comparison to today’s file.

U.S.A. (especially Illinois) went ‘full bore” on their society to prevent / control the spread, Sweden took a “herd immunity” approach.

Sweden increase in death rate /M due to Covid-19 = 23 (went from 547 to 570)  4.2 %

U.S.A. increase in death rate /M due to Covid-19   =  85 (went from 413 to 498} 20.58 %

Sweden increase in cases /M  = 731 (went from 7,415 to 8,146)         9.86 %

U.S.A. increase in cases /M  = 5,604 (went from 7,415 to 15,549)  56.35 %
