We must have a Kim Foxx doling out Bond amounts in the County Prosecutor Office.
“Notice to Appear” basically means, he’s let go after booking and just has to appear at his court hearing.
In the meantime, steal away and “smoke em if you got em”.

Disorderly Conduct is a bs charge.
It’s kind of a catch all charge that’s often used when someone really hasn’t done anything wrong other than annoy a cop.
