The Crystal Lake Police report that the same man was arrested for Disorderly Conduct twice in one week:

  1. We must have a Kim Foxx doling out Bond amounts in the County Prosecutor Office.

    “Notice to Appear” basically means, he’s let go after booking and just has to appear at his court hearing.

    In the meantime, steal away and “smoke em if you got em”.

    I’m sure it has to do with the amount of the theft, but the second time around for the same thing—now its a Kim Foxx thing.

  2. Disorderly Conduct is a bs charge.

    It’s kind of a catch all charge that’s often used when someone really hasn’t done anything wrong other than annoy a cop.
