On Tuesday, the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules voted to uphold new enforcement rules proposed by Pritzker and the state’s Department of Public Health, giving local health departments and law enforcement agencies additional tools to enforce the mask mandate and gathering restrictions.
Under provisions of the new rules, businesses, schools and child care facilities could face fines of up to $2,500 for refusing to comply with state mandates.

So, if a person from a town or city goes to see a farmer in a rural area and talk to him or her and standing say 3 feet away, then both should wear a mask. Or if two different farmers meet and stand 3 feet apart, then both should wear a mask. This is in essence what JB is talking about.
Was to a car dealership in the last week and waited for service and repairs. Every single person I saw – mechanics, car jockeys, service advisors, sales persons, customers – were wearing masks.
Watching customers drive in for service and most already had their masks on. Others who did not, immediately put on their masks when getting out of their vehicles.

But did you ever stop to consider how insane this really is?
