While incumbent Republican State Rep. Allen Skillicorn delays his apparent official withdrawal from the November ballot, Democratic Party candidate Suzanne Ness continues to dig a deeper hole for whoever replaces Skillicorn.
Discredited House Speaker and Democratic Party Chairman Mike Madigan seems intent on denying Republican House representation in southern McHenry and northern Kane County.
And Ness has no compunction in taking Madigan money.
