Does the Chicago PD have any?
If not, they certainly could use the equipment.
Mobs of rioters, anarchists, antifa have been very violent in Democrat run cites such as Portland, Seattle, Chicago, etc. Numerous police have been injured. To counter these mobs, police should have a variety of assets including water cannons, tanks, humvees with armor plate, armored personnel carriers, etc. to deal with them. The Democrat Governors of these rioting areas have not stepped up with national guard and stronger when needed. How bad will it have to get in these riot torn cities of anarchy until the US Military is asked to assist in bringing peace and order?
As an aside, not only are Democrat mayors and governors of cities run by them derelict and grossly incompetent but so is the Democrat national leadership such as Pelosi, Schumer, Biden and Harris. Not a word from them to take responsibility for their incompetence and what they plan to do about it if their guy and lady win the whitehouse.
If you need to rely on police protection, you are deluded and helpless prey for what’s coming.
