McHenry Man Arrested for Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child
Joseph Calbillo, 23, of McHenry, was arrested Tuesday, September 22, 2020 and charged with two counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child.
On Tuesday, September 22, 2020, a concerned parent made a report with the Sheriff’s Office.
An investigation was initiated by the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division which revealed that Calbillo was abusing a minor in his care.
An arrest warrant was issued for Calbillo for two counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child.
Calbillo was located and arrested by the City of McHenry Police Department on the evening of September 22.
The Sheriff’s Office took custody of Calbillo and he was transported to the McHenry County Correctional Facility.

Charged with Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault of a child under the age of 13.
If true, let the Justice system play out…if not, well he has some ‘splainin to do.
In California with their new law if the child is 13 and he’s 23, its within the 10 year rule, and if both are consenting he would be fine.
But thankfully we are not California.
