A Friend of McHenry County Board discovered that McHenry County Board Chairman Jack Franks and a Democratic Party running mate, District 2 candidate Jessica Phillips, have been endorsed in their quests to take office in December, 2020.
Some might wonder why.
The answer goes back to the mid-1990’s when North Middle School teacher William Saturday groomed a student for a sexual relationship.
It was not consummated until she was in high school.
Then, Saturday decided to get married and the student apparently felt scorned.
With the cooperation of the Crystal Lake Police, she recorded a conversation with the guy, which landed him in jail.
The County connection was that he was too cheap to buy condoms or didn’t want to use them and took her to Woodstock to get a shot of ovulation suppressant depo provera.
The girl was, of course, under eighteen.
That was legal because the bureaucrats in Washington wrote rules that prevented discrimination in the distribution of Federally-financed Title X birth control drugs and devices on the basis of age.
When this information surfaced, parents believing that they should be involved in their daughters’ medical treatment raised a stink that resulted in the County Board kicking the Federal program out of McHenry County.
That offended Personal PAC and they started sending candidates questionnaires and endorsing those they found acceptable.
This was what led to the Personal PAC endorsements:
This resulted in this comment from Joe Kallenbach:
To which District 2 Board candidate replied:
What you have posted as Jessica’s reply was actually her original post.
Then Joe Kallenbach responded with the question. Jessica replied to that by repeating “I have a pro-choice stance because women are capable of making decisions that are best for themselves and their families.”
It’s funny that when she was asked a tough question, she just repeated the same sentence. lol
Personal PAC endorsed Jack Franks?
Did you write a story about that which I missed?
I thought nobody was stupid enough to touch Franks with a 40 foot pole (except for the Northwest Herald and we know they are stupid).
Nevermind. Personal PAC’s website lists Phillips and Franks.
Why not Yensen or the other Democrats?

Thanks.
I’m Ok if darling Jessica wants a retroactive abortion for herself.
Why didn’t they endorse Pam Althoff and Mary Mahady the two biggest abortion freaks in the County.
Yes, even beating Jackanapes Franks out, because he rarely agitates for it publicly.
Jessica, I will “always fight for the autonomy of myself and not libtard social engineers like you!”
The two mentioned are not on the ballot.
In 2003, Republican gubwenatorial candidate, Corrinne Woods, ran on a pro-abortion platform. “Nobody” criticizes her. 😮
Gubernatorial
I’d also like to endorse him for a Boot in his monkey ass*!
* Knee deep
Bob B. Bittman, you get the award for the best comment of the day.
Got me laughing 🙂
