My friend called several times leaving messages for Mayor without courtesy of a callback, finally the village addressed And covered it up after he and a couple of neighbors told them it’s either covered By end of the day or they will take care of it that evening.

I have been up on Trump sled hill days after to see that work of art up close, and the spray paint did not do any real damage, that couldn’t be completely mowed/cleaned off later.
The vandals likely with golf carts that did donuts and burn outs, tearing up the painted grass in an attempt to deface the TRUMP 2020 message, are the only ones that did any real property damage.
