Here’s the text of the ad:

Did you know, Jack Franks, your McHenry County Board
chairman, is being held in contempt of court in Kane County?

Jack Franks is not allowed to visit our state’s capital without a
police escort?
Jack Franks is under investigation for credible allegations of
criminal sexual assault, stalking and aggravated battery?

This isn’t mudslinging – these are facts.
Time to clean house.
This November, vote Mike Buehler for McHenry County Board
chairman.

Does this disqualify him from running if he is not currently living in the county?

I’m pretty surprised Franks hasn’t gone negative.

Don’t say because Buehler is immaculate.

Franks can and has flat out lied about good people and gotten away with it.
