Funk’s–OBJECTION TO THE PETITION FILED WITH ALGONQUIN TOWNSHIP ASKING THAT THE FOLLOWING BINDING QUESTION BE PLACED ON THE GENERAL CONSOLIDATED ELECTION BALLOT ON APRIL 6, 2021: SHALL THE TOWNSHIP OF ALGONQUIN, TOGETHER WITH ANY ROAD DISTRICTS WHOLLY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ALGONQUIN, BE DISSOLVED ON
THE 31 ST OF DECEMBER 2021, WITH ALL OF THE TOWNSHIP AND ROAD DISTRICT PROPERTY, ASSETS, PERSONNEL, OBLIGATIONS, AND LIABILITY TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE COUNTY OF MCHENRY

  1. Looking forward to voting for Mr. Funk and winning.

    If he can do half as good as he’s done with that Lions Club Steak Fry Algonquin Township is in good hands.

  2. Cal, are you saying that the guy running for township office is trying to remove a question from the ballot that would abolish the township?

    Also, what are the specific objections?

    This has been going on for a while and we still don’t have details!

    My husband went to high school with him.

    He was a real trip then.
