Aspirants to Replace Chuck Wheeler on the McHenry County Board – Erik Sivertsen — 9 Comments

  1. Erik is very smart.

    Conservative.

I think he would be a great pick.

Andy Glab would be a great pick also.

He’s retired and is involved in community politics and has a good head on his shoulders.

Perhaps they could both run in 2022 when all board members will need to rerun.

  2. I could support him ….

    If he lost 300 pounds!

He’d still be pretty fat and could give Pritzker a real race on the scales, and to the dessert table at Golden Corral.

But you know I’m surprised he didn’t put on that weak resume that he got ‘let go’ by Seattle Sutton’s for sneaking in 2 barrels of KFC chicken into the washroom.

  3. I’ve seen that guy in ‘action’ on the school board.

Wimpy, is how I regard him.

Caves into the ‘progressives’ so much, he might as well call himself one of them.

He is a protege of Pam Althoff.

    Enough said!

  4. A RINO.

    A Pam Althoff footman.

I’m a Pct Committeeman in McH Twp.

He never has meetings, fundraisers or the like.

A never Trumper and a Rauner simp.

    Get somebody good.

  5. Hixon, So now you’re wanting to elect people because of how much they weigh?

    That’s weak!

Erik is a very educated individual, a small business owner and a leader in the McH Twnshp GOP.

  6. I remember him from when he ran for MCC Trustee a few years ago.

He was totally in the Superintendent’s pocket.

He was on board with their tax and spend ideas.

He wants to be everybody’s friend except the taxpayers.

If he’s a pawn of Pam Althoff, No Way.
