Mike Buehler Spends $78,000 in Successful McHenry County Board Race during Last Quarter of 2020

Crystal Laker Mike Buehler spent $78,000 during the end of his successful campaign to unseat Democrat Jack Franks as McHenry County Board Chairman.

That’s on top of $14,000 spent from July through September.

He started October with $22,000 on October 1st and took in $67,000.

Of that, $38,000 came in as a loan from himself. That was added to $11,110 he loaned his campaign earlier.

The Illinois Republican Party paid for Buehler’s two mailings:

  • $32,150 and
  • $26,644.36
