On 01-29-21 at 0046 hrs, Juan Esquivel (m-24 yoa), 205 S Jefferson St, Harvard was arrested for
- one count of Aggravated Domestic Battery,
- two counts of Domestic Battery and
- one count of Unlawful Interference with the Reporting of Domestic Violence
after it was alleged he choked, pushed and pulled the hair causing injuries to a family member and took away the phone while the family member was attempting to call police.
Esquivel was also charged with
- seven counts of Aggravated Battery to a Peace Officer and
- two counts of Resisting a Peace Officer
when Esquivel, kicked, stuck and head butted Officers while attempting to take him into custody.
Esquivel was transported to the McHenry County Jail in lieu of bond.
Not a surprise, especially coming from Harvard.
Sorry, but check out the Mc Jail website for bookings any particular day and yes, there will be a white guy or gal in there, but its predominately Hispanic, and they are not a predominant makeup of the total local population.
Why is that?
