  1. This is AWESOME!

Anything to promote the futures of our young people.

  2. If there is no time limit to complete a program, a lot of people will deliberately slow walk their studies so that they can stay on the gravy train for as long as possible.

I have no doubt that community college administrators will bend over backwards to accommodate students who wish to do this.

  3. People are leaving the state in droves due to the high taxes and our representatives want to find ways to hand out more free money.

re there any bills that actually would cut spending or reduce grant budgets?

What will be cut to pay for this largess or will our taxes be raised again?

  4. Enlightened is right on target.

Ness loves to spend others’ money!

    Let’s turn out the chippy.

  5. Take away the free stuff for immigrants, and your immigration and non-assimilation problems will go away.

It’s the Bird Feeder Analogy in practice.

    Just a thought.

    Ness loves illegals! Ness=Death
