Two More Reasons Not to Visit Chicago — 12 Comments

  1. A cesspool of crime.

How will they ever get control of the debatury with the new criminal friendly soft on crime bill?

    Answer? They won’t

  2. All the more reasons NOT to go or spend your money in Chicago.

    Let them eat each other.

  3. Negro crime wave.

    Beware.

My teenage daughter was sexually assaulted by a young teenage wog at Taste of Chicago 2015.

This was in front of hundreds of people in broad daylight.

The mid afternoon around 3 pm.

The Detective told me the black gangs require their young initiates to sexually assault 10 white women/girls, among other crimes for initiation.

    Have fun in Chicongo.

    Hope it burns.

This year was just a little glimpse into what’s coming.

  4. The expressway shootings of random white people is frightening indeed.

  5. Unrestricted immigration from the South, the Third Worldization of America, is the true existential threat “climate change” purports to be.

  6. Two separate shootings 15 minutes apart on the Eisenhower near Pulaski road.

One person who was shot lost control of his/her car and crashed.

Another person shot maintained control of their vehicle.

Perhaps we need the death penalty, electric chair or gas chamber, for anyone caught and convicted of shooting another person resulting in injury or death of the victim.

Shooting can be anywhere, any crime such as carjacking, store holdup, street shooting, etc.

  7. If things don’t improve in Chicago, you have to wonder if major attractions such as the auto show in Feb will be affected. Will suburbanites from far and wide – north, northwest, west, southwest, south – be willing to drive on Chicago area expressways to get to BIG attractions near the lakefront? Or even going to restaurants or shopping on big-name Chicago streets near the loop?

  8. I no longer have any reason to go to that City.

It used to be cool, hip, fun, interesting, exciting, so much to see, feel, experience, learn, eat, drink be a part of.

Festivals, The Cultural Center Events, Blues Fest, Museums, Bars, Concerts at the Auditorium, Civic Opera House…now?

No way I’m heading back there except Maybe for a Blackhawks game–and that will be by taking the Train from here to Ogilive and catching the Direct Express bus that goes from there to the United Center—No Stops.

Less interaction and chance for getting robbed, mugged, knock out game victim…

    Lightfoots People now.

    And LIghtfoots rules.

That city is not “coming back”, it will barely survive in the near future–its too dangerous and expensive.

    Sad.

  9. The Dan Ryan and parts of the Eisenhower have always been kind of nasty.

The truck drivers used to refer to the Dan Ryan as the Zulu 500 way back when CB radios were a big thing.

What’s really disconcerting is that the problems have moved to places like the Edens that used to be relatively safe.
