The third candidate to replace State Rep. Suzanne Ness on the McHenry County Board is Rebecca Heisler.
She has applied for a Democratic Party slot left vacant in District 2 when Ness resigned to join the Illinois House.
The replacement appointment will made by Republican Party Board Chairman Mike Buehler, subject to the approval of a majority of the County Board members.
Heisler’s submission, using the format developed by former Chairman Jack Franks, follows:
