The amounts listed for McHenry and Woodstock are identical, and the only such pair on that list.
The amounts should be close, but not identical.

Oakwood Hills (pop 2,041) is literally smaller than the neighborhood I grew up in, and yet the cash fairy sprinkles $250K upon them.

Maybe China will help on the debt. Hunter Biden made a connection with China a while back and maybe he and his dad will tap them for help. China holds over $1 trillion in US debt. China is not a threat to the US per Joe Biden.
