So this was sent to a village Trustee who sent it to all of the other trustees, and Augustine and Ulrich and Berman and Stephen are saying these letters don’t exist?

I worked with Jan for many years, and know she is a hardworking and trustworthy person.
When I heard she was terminated, it just added more reasons to get Phil and Jeanine out of our Village government.

Jan was one person of a handful early on who helped me open my eyes not only to the deep toxicity within the administration, but also how ignorant I was at the time as trustee.
I absolutely was drinking from the KoolAid letting motions pass like they were mere pieces to a massive puzzle that couldn’t change shape or definition no matter how many pieces were added or subtracted.
But then Jan pointed out that we were not only failing the employees, we were putting the taxpayers in an extremely bad position.
She had the foresight—thanks to her experience and wisdom—to know where momentum was taking us and what might happen with continued inaction.
We owe her an enormous debt of gratitude to bring such blatant malfeasance to light despite th damage it would inevitably do to her own livelihood.
This letter was a selfless act, and not only am I humbled to have worked with her, I’m proud of her unwillingness to compromise integrity despite what she has been forced to endure and what these thugs try to say about her.
Dosent anyone find it alarming that every employee that wrote a letter regarding the toxic work environment, the bullying, and the poor behavior of the president and cao, were eventually fired.
The people in charge are vindictive.
The cao has warned employees not to cross her.
Yet people still blindly defend this administration and board.
Can Serwatka be hired as a consultant to straighten out this corrupt town again?
Someone didn’t do their homework on why CAO Smith was voted unanimously out of Prairie Grove before her contract was up.

Time and time again this whole subject has been discussed and evidence has been shown about the board and employees of what’s been going on.
Bryan Younge is one person from the beginning that brought this to light. Brian Augustine knew what was going on since Brian and Bryan where asked to investigate it from the beginning. Unfortunately BrianA knew all of this and just turned his back on the employees.
Where Bryan Y didn’t.
How Bryan A can live with hisself knowing he just threw the employees to the wolves is beyond me.
As it was given in confidence to the board and Smoron. To help these employees have a place to complain to in this toxic work environment.
Smoron decided to shared the complaint letters with Phil and Jeanie.
Phil , Jeannie, and board members started to target the employees that sent in the complaints.
(No safe haven for employees. They had no one to turn to for how they are getting treated. )

how do they sleep at night and like themselves when they look in the mirror is beyond me. Knowing what they did to these employees.

This Village needs a new President and board members. April 6,2021 can’t come quick enough.
