Two Ward Races in McHenry

There were two contested races on the ballot for the McHenry City Council.

In Ward 3, former top Democrat Frank McClatchey finally won a race.

He beat incumbent Jeffrey Schaffer 181 to 155.

McClatchey was endorsed by by McHenry County Democrats.

In Ward 4, both candidates were endorsed by the Democrats.

Ryan Harding received 232 votes to Christine Basse’s 220.

  1. McClatchey “finds” things supposedly strewn along the highways and byways of McHenry Co.

    Perry Moy can verify his stuff was ‘found.’

    Mark Justen got a little angry when his stuff was found.

    But all’s well that ends well when Al Jourdan couldn’t ‘talk’ Phil Pagano off the ledge in 2010.

    But McClatchy the little bagman knows what really happened.
