Regarding the bumper sticker, “Biden for Prison 2020”
You have to wonder if this demented (and at times incoherent) individual has violated U.S. Laws regarding “encouraging and/or inducing” unauthorized aliens to illegally come into the U.S. He is on record many times going back to 2019 encouraging them to come to the U.S. Then, after Jan 20, he and his administration intentionally discarded procedures and protocols set up by President Trump that were working in controlling the southern border. Biden alone is responsible for the crisis at the southern border and THAT has been well documented that there is a crisis of illegal aliens flowing into southern border States.
Has Biden violated the following U.S. Laws?
Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection 1324(a)(3).
Encouraging/Inducing — Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv) makes it an offense for any person who — encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.

Zappa’s answer to “Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band” album…”We’re Only In It for The Money” album….seems appropriate now for Springfield State workers, Politcal and otherwise.
