When reading the text of the Bill, the word “menstrual” is followed by the word “feminine” AND menstrual is underlined and feminine is lined out. Proof positive that Democrats not only are evil but are as dumb as a sack of rocks.

This may be the first time many have heard much about state Representative Barbara Hernandez (D, Aurora).
She’s the, or one of the youngest members of the IL General Assembly, I think 28.
She served for most of the past decade on the Kane County Board, and once she was appointed to the IL GA in early 2019, she refused to resign from her Kane County Board seat (though state law prevented her receiving 2 salaries at the same time).
She stayed on the County Board until her term expired last November 30, after winning her first elected term in Springfield.
She first won her spot on the Kane County Board in her early 20s being an acolyte/assistant to now-disgraced former IL Veterans Affairs Director Linda Chapa LaVia, whom Hernandez replaced in the IL GA when Governor Pritzker appointed Chapa LaVia to lead VA in 2019.
Hernandez is seen as future Congress material, and to my knowledge, this is her most significant legislative accomplishment in her 2 years in Springfield.
Sadly, you could have a future congressperson here in Hernandez, particularly if/when Lauren Underwood or Bill Foster retire (Foster) or run for something else (Underwood).
Both boys and girls use toilet paper.
