Jim Thompson, southern California based freelance sports cartoonist whose work I’ve shared in previous articles about the Worker Classification issue (CA AB5, PRO Act), has a new gig.
He now writes, and contributes artwork to Red State.
Thompson’s verbiage in his article is as funny as the artwork. Take this example:

The midterm swing is very much up in the air atm.
The GOP may blow an otherwise golden opportunity by clinging to Moron 45.
He will not be on the ballot in 2022 so his Hoot n Holler constituency won’t show up. We saw that in Georgia.
Meanwhile, the GOP is losing its former support amoung suburbanites with more than half a brain.
A friend of mine was telling me on Father’s Day that his barber, who has always been a staunch conservative Republican, was telling him that he has left the GOP and cited, suprizingly, the purge of Liz Cheney.
Admittedly, that is not much of a sample but stories like that can be telling. I heard similar ones in 1994 on the run up to the GOP wave about how people who had voted for Clinton in 92 were now turning against him because of Hillary Health Care.
The county that spawned Mitt Romney and used to be a reliable GOP stronghold in Michigan has gone Democratic.
Meanwhile, the collar counties in the Chicago area, with the exception of McHenry, have done the same, and McHenry is not far behind.
Also Trump will be under indictment for running a criminal enterprize for his whole life and committing tax and loan fraud left and right for decades.
Then you have the aging of the Trump supporters and perhaps some additional drop off of vaccine refusniks.
It used to the be the Democrats who formed circular firing sqauds but now it is the GOP.
We will have to see how this plays out.

Back in January, 2021, an Illinois newspaper thought very highly of Kamala. Refer to:

So, how soon will the 25th Amendment be invoked by Kamala and the Cabinet. In Section 4, it states:
