County pay system completely bonkers when its a quicker and cheaper (no post h.s. educational expense) to a 6 figure compensation route as a jail guard, than as an assistant states attorney.

This is runaway property tax forever increases just to keep up with what has been promised, negotiated and in a Union Contract now.
