In Michigan, he talked about immigration.
So what will his topic be in Crystal Lake?

2 – Making some announcement about junior college being free.
If MCC visit about American Families Plan, which is what most media reports are saying, it has little/nothing to do w/ ICE detainees out of McHenry County Jail, and more with community college for free for up to 2 years.
The community college free tuition is part of American Families Plan.
Whether Governor J.B. Pritzker speaks to the ICE detainees no longer allowed in non ICE facilities legislation passed in late May is up to Biden’s people, but likely will not be allowed to muddy water of American Families Plan.
The real question is where will dementia Joe go to get an ice cream cone?

“Free” junior college is far from free in a region where property tax rates exceed 3% (relative to all pver America, with property tax rates ~1%).
Public sector workers can afford to surrender an extra 5% of household income to property taxes—because they don’t need to save for retirement or pay their own health insurance premiums—but private sector collapsed under this burden.
