This case was investigated by the McHenry Police Department and the McHenry County Sheriff’s
Department.

This case was prosecuted by Assistant State’s Attorneys Brian Miller and Mary Ann Scholl of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.

  1. Simple notification of a change of address with the Sherrifs Dept, about as easy as doing it with the Post Office, and instead he chose 5 years to not do it.

Dont imagine they love his kind in State Prison so curious why he would make it so easy to be re incarcerated, but not actually curious enough to keep him from living near or among the rest of us.

Lock his dumb self up for as long as it takes.

  2. It seems excessive. He didn’t harm anyone, but this is McHenry County isn’t it.

  3. Cynthia, you do have some common sense, after all.

How about all the teens over at Sager’s Crash Pad No. 1.

    Are any 16, or less?
