Leaving Dog in Car Brings Harvard Arrest

From the Harvard Police Department:

CRUEL TREATMENT/CONFINEMENT IN MOTOR VEHICLE

On 07-24-21 at 1750 hrs, Michael A. Krefft (m-24 yoa), 502 McHenry Ave Apt #103, Woodstock was arrested for Cruel Treatment and Confinement in Motor Vehicle after police were dispatched to the 1700 blk of S. Division St for a dog left in a vehicle.

Krefft posted $100.00 bond and was released with a court date of 08-25-21 at 1330 hrs.

  1. Anyone who leaves their dog in their car unattended deserves more than arrest and a fine.

    Public whipping would be a good start
