There’s more to the docket, but what is seen above indicates that the tickets will be dismissed because Gianelli’s is in compliance with the Village sign ordinance.

  4. Let that be a lesson, when you are a subdivision in a Village of 1800 people, you don’t strong arm the people who give your employees discounted/free food.

    I was not buying that the flags were a hindrance to the visibility to other drivers when there are vagrants walking up to cars in busy intersections and some smart Judge somewhere in Crook County said it is a right to be in traffic and ask for money.
