From the Village of Prairie Grove:
There’s more to the docket, but what is seen above indicates that the tickets will be dismissed because Gianelli’s is in compliance with the Village sign ordinance.
The notice was served Wednesday, August 4, 2021, as can be seen below:
Below are listed who received the notices. Note that Attorney Robert Hanlon is representing Gianelli’s.
Eric ‘bottom of the barrel” Hendricks, an elevated dunce.
LOL Criminals.
This will not stop what’s coming…Federal Lawsuit .
They really stepped on their own dix.
How about the dismissal of the boob police chief, the one with a strange past?
Let that be a lesson, when you are a subdivision in a Village of 1800 people, you don’t strong arm the people who give your employees discounted/free food.
I was not buying that the flags were a hindrance to the visibility to other drivers when there are vagrants walking up to cars in busy intersections and some smart Judge somewhere in Crook County said it is a right to be in traffic and ask for money.
Well, I’m just happy reason won out.
Small town power trips should ALWAYS be avoided.
Good recovery, Prairie Grove…at least you corrected your wrong.
Mrs. can now apologize to all of us on this blog.
Why don’t we put all this info on facebook.
Feel free to do so.
