Gary Rabine: Pritzker finally admits his vaccine mandates are illegal
Woodstock, IL – Gary Rabine, Republican candidate for Illinois Governor, issued the following statement today regarding Gov. J.B. Pritzker admission that his COVID-19 vaccine mandates are illegal and violate the state’s Right of Conscience Act:
“J.B. Pritzker has long mocked and derided anyone opposing his illegal COVID-19 vaccine mandate, claiming that as governor he has unilateral authority to make health care decisions for any Illinoisan, so long as he says this is an ‘emergency
“It should come as no surprise to learn that Pritzker is being insincere.
“The Governor has always known that Illinois’ Right of Conscience Act makes his mandates illegal.
“That’s why he is now trying to change the law—to make his illegal actions magically legal. This is Stalin-esque behavior from a tyrant.”
I hope Illinois judges hearing lawsuits against Pritzker citing Illinois’ Right of Conscience Act heed the Governor’s inadvertent candor here.

Senate Bill 1169 states it “is not a violation of this Act for any person or public official, or for any public or private association, agency, corporation, entity, institution, or employer, to take any measures or impose any requirements, including, but not limited to, any measures or requirements that involve provision of services by a physician or health care personnel, intended to prevent contraction or transmission of COVID-19 or any pathogens that result in COVID-19 or any of its subsequent iterations.”

On Monday, Representative Robyn Gabel, D-Evanston filed an amendment to better define the law.
If Senate Bill 1169 passes, it would make it so, “any institution or entity or employer can take any action or measure or implement any restrictions that are intended to prevent the contraction or transmission of COVID-19,” Jedlicka said.
Representative Tim Butler, R-Springfield, thinks if this bill reaches the house and senate floors it will be a very tight vote.
He said the Governor is looking to use the legislature to close the loophole.
“The fact that we are going to change the law to try to enact something that the Governor thinks that he should do, I think is humorous,” Butler said.
Jedlicka said the amendment is written to strengthen the governor’s mandates and it does just that.
“I think so,” Jedlicka said “This would give it teeth.”
Butler said Illinois Republicans are pretty united against this bill and so is the Catholic Conference of Illinois, which sent a letter to the General Assembly leadership and the governor earlier this month. The organization also released a statement one Monday saying they oppose any alterations to the crucial act.

Once the vaxxed are dead and buried, there will be a glut of unoccupied houses and real estate and not enough people to occupy them.

If you were the Zio-cabal, the depopulation eugenicist instigators of this mass cull, would you:
A) Introduce a bio-weapon virus that killed large percentages of the Earth’s inhabitants in a very short time, knowing that those that remained would be instantly alarmed and wake up to the genocide (including conversion of a good many of the pro-vaxx believers who saw their loved ones pass away), and then seek retribution against the ruling elite ?
OR …..
B) Would you be more subtle ? ie: Yes, by all mean introduce a bio-weapon that killed a good many people in the immediate aftermath of the jabs, but not so many as to alarm them unduly.
To the extent that many have been killed by the jabs (estimated at over 100,000 in the U.S alone), because the Zio cabal control the major mechanisms of dissemination of information (the MSM, all the western leaders of note are bought and paid for), they can manipulate the statistics coming out from the CDC and other places and GREATLY UNDER-REPORT death counts.
To the extent that some deaths filter through and they can’t be covered up, they’ll blame that on the new Covid mutation of the day that they’ve invented – and thus scaremonger people into extended self isolation in their damp, dark basements which will further compromise their immunity/psychological well being and make them susceptible to death as Vitamin D levels plummet.
OR ….
C) As the lockdowns and businesses destroyed and fear mongering result in a ‘natural non-vaccines-induced cull’ of Deaths of Despair (suicide rates go up, opioid/substance/alcohol abuse is rampant), those that remain will be further broken down psychologically into submitting and taking the jab and the booster jabs every 6 months, with ever increasing lethalities.
Has it occurred to you that no single jab will kill most people (because of their robust immune systems), but with each jab that incorporates toxic adjuvants (perhaps aluminium, graphines, mercury or other heavy metals etc), you will build up a CUMULATIVE DEGENERATION.
And, whilst you won’t die this year or next, you may experience Dementia or Alzheimers 20 or 30 years earlier than you would have otherwise.

Gov. J.B. Pritzker has been working to change the Health Care Right of Conscience Act, which some have invoked in the fight against COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
The 1998 Health Right of Conscience Act bans discrimination because of such persons’ refusal to receive or participate in any way in any particular form of healthcare services contrary to his or her conscience.
Some have said the law allows people to avoid getting the COVID-19 vaccine and evade Pritzker’s executive order mandating vaccination or regularly testing for health care workers, educators and other state employees.
Ameri Klafeta of the ACLU of Illinois said people are abusing the 1998 law and using it in a way that was not intended.
“The cases that have been brought under this law have always involved health care professionals,” Klafeta said. “This was never a law for individual citizens.”
The Health Right of Conscience Act was intended to help healthcare workers who had religious beliefs regarding certain procedures, Klafeta said.
“Where you would see this law invoked is a situation where a doctor or a nurse has a religious exemption to providing abortion care or birth control or something of that nature,” Klafeta said.
Emily Bittner, deputy chief of staff for the governor, told ABC 7 that the administration wants to clarify the Health Care Right of Conscience Act.
“The Health Care Right of Conscience Act was never intended to allow people to avoid public health guidance during a global pandemic. The administration supports efforts to clarify the law, so it cannot be misinterpreted by fringe elements,” Bittner said in a statement to the station.
Some say the state law allows a people to claim religious reasons to avoid the governor’s vaccine mandate.
Attorneys have also filed lawsuits citing the 1998 law.
Arguments are being made that the Health Care Right of Conscience Act protects Illinoisans from being discriminated against in their job for not complying with a medical procedure.
In Adams County, health care workers are suing their employers under the act.
Some schools are excluding staff with some saying the act protects them.
Some school officials say possible lawsuits using the act are why they’re not excluding school staff for not complying.
A teachers’ union told members to expect the issue to surface during the upcoming veto session.

The most chilling thing to me now is the obliteration of truth. What is true is simply what those in power tell you is true. (Not really, but that’s how it works in the real world since the masses are persuaded by these people and groups with the levers of power.) Ironically, this is actually what postmodernists have identified. They don’t believe in a truth. They’re skeptical of “grand narratives.” They get a bad rap and in some ways should, but they have a point here. That stuff can be incredibly dangerous especially the more it’s consolidated. The one loose end in your depopulation idea is that the vax seems to be taken by midwits. The conspiracy theorists, the rebels, criminals, mentally ill, and dimwits are joining the more noble groups you mentioned (certain entrepreneurial and productive people). You see a bell curve for vaccine acceptance. Wouldn’t it be better to cull the conspiracy theorists, the rebels, the bums, etc as opposed to the midwits? The one explanation I can think of is that even though the midwits are their “obedient workers” who make the system work, those people are expendable.
