Motorcycle Crash Sends One to Hospital

On March 29, 2025, at 1:37 p.m., the Cary Fire Protection District responded to the area of Rawson Bridge Road and Valley Drive for a reported motorcycle crash.

Responding crews arrived and located an injured motorcyclist lying on the south shoulder of the roadway. Paramedics quickly began treatment on the adult male patient, who was conscious and alert at the time of their arrival.

Although two additional motorcyclists were riding with the injured party, he was the only one involved in the crash and sustained injuries.

The patient was transported to Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington with moderate to serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation by the Oakwood Hills Police Department.
