B.C. cartoonist Johnny Hart died the Saturday before Easter.

Last week, as a tribute, I ran his Easter Sunday cartoon.

This Sunday’s cartoon was political.

It’s of those where the cave man tosses a message into the sea and waits for a reply.

His question:

Do you have taxation without representation?

The reply:

Even worse!

We have taxation with representation!

It certainly is appropriate for an Illinois election day.
