Why were there two 8’s, two 9’s and two 10’s?

For eleven contestants.

No one seemed to know, least of all the game organizer.

While McHenry County Blog will protect the identity of the person who organized this strange game of chance, it is hoped that no casino will put this person in charge of any such game.
