Huntley High School Student Appointed to U.S. Naval Academy

[ROCKFORD] Congressman Don Manzullo (R-Egan) today announced that Ashley Anne Spring of Huntley, Illinois, has received an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

Ashley will graduate in June 2008 from Huntley High School. At Huntley, Ashley is a member of the National Honor Society and Student Council. She also received the Health Excellence Award and is a member of the Huntley Scholars program.

In addition, Ashley plays on the Huntley Soccer team and runs Cross Country for the school. She is the daughter of Daniel William Spring and Tracey Renee Bacon of Huntley.
