That’s what Woodstock Advocate blogger Gus Philpot seems to be asking in a story about a white Chevrolet Impala parking in a handicapped parking place in front of the building where the county board has its offices.

Philpot notes that “CTY BD 6” is not a handicapped plate.

He didn’t see a placard either.

Maybe it belongs to someone with a handicapped placard who forgot to put in plain sight.

In any event Philpot tells me that I have become a terrible influence on him.
