Mental Health Resource League for McHenry County Donates $300 to Mental Health Court

The following press release has been received:

The McHenry County Mental Health Court Task Force is pleased to announce that they have received, on behalf of the McHenry County Mental Health Court a $300 donation from the Mental Health Resource League for McHenry County. These funds will be used to assist the court in meeting the needs of the participants of the McHenry County Mental Health Court, which has been operating for over a year.

The Mental Health Court began with 3 individual members at its inception. Currently there are 25 individuals involved in the court with additional participants seeking admission to the court system. The McHenry County Mental Health Court Task Force has also recently benefited from the contribution of property from McHenry Villa to a few individual participants who were in need of furnishings. In the difficult economic times that we face today, contributions like these are helpful to the continued success of participants in the McHenry County Mental Health Court.

We extend our sincere thanks to both McHenry Villa and the Mental Health Resource League for McHenry County for their contributions, as they are as greatly needed and appreciated.
