McHenry County College’s old motel on Route 31 in McHenry, now called the Shah Center, is being expanded.
The price, according to the board packet for tonight’s meeting, is $400,000 for construction.
Legat Architects’ Crystal Lake office will get $40,000 in architectural fees.
