Northwest Herald Covers Petition Calling for Special Meeting to Stop Proposed $3.5 Million Township Hall

The Northwest Herald hasn’t had much coverage on the township elections in McHenry County tomorrow.

Grafton has the most at stake, with the jobs of township supervisor, road commissioner and trustee in active play.

One of Linda Moore’s supporters, Daniel G. Ziller, passed a petition calling for a special township meeting which received coverage in Sunday’s Northwest Herald.

It appears that Ziller really thinks Grafton Township taxpayers should not have to pay taxes over a 20-year period to build a new township hall costing $3.5 million.
