Thomas Kaltenecker was appointed Instructor of Culinary Management, Executive Chef, by the McHenry County College Board last month.

He was Assistant Manager at Panera Bread in Crystal Lake since 2008 and also serves as a part-time instructor at Elgin Community College.

He previously worked for three years at the Schaumburg campus of Roosevelt University in the same field.
