Today’s message on State Rep. Jack Franks’ sign wishes long-time Woodstock Democratic Party precinct committeeman Bob Gibson Happy Birthday.

Gibson is ninety years old.

His precinct is north of the train station and I remember it’s always going Democrat when I looked at it when I was McHenry County Treasurer in the late 1960’s.
