I hope Dick rests in peace . . . the reason he never lost an election is because the Teacher’s Union was behind him. Fran Johnson ran his office and she was District 47’ts Board President.
What school district was he a part of before, check with the with the Attorney that was involved with that , I understand the Press was all over that one . . . but the story went away. ?????
