Chaired by McHenry County Republican Party Chairman Mike Tryon with the support of all Republican legislators representing any part of the county, a fundraiser will be held to benefit the candidacy of Mark Kirk Friday night at the McHenry Country Club.

An invitation arrived via bulk mail today.

My guess is that it was sent to folks who have voted Republican consistently in primary elections.

Reception from 5:30-6 if you donate at least $100.
