I did.

So when I saw the Northwest Herald’s editorial cartoon with McHenry County State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi holding an umbrella from which rain was falling, I knew the inspiration.

It was Joe Btfsplk.  Above you see Rod Blagojevich as Joe Btfsplk.

He’s the guy who perpetually walked around with a rain cloud over his head.

I don’t see the cartoon online, so I can’t link you to it.

The cartoon, I suppose is a follow-up to the Northwest Herald’s calling for Bianchi to step down until his trial is completed. Just in case you missed the editorial, Chris Krug reminds you it was published in his Sunday column.
