The McHenry County Circuit Clerk’s web site shows that the Grafton Township folks will be in court tomorrow.
Considering the decision rendered last Friday, that should be worth watching.

In the “Now you see it, now you don’t category” is the image from the McHenry County Circuit Clerk’s Office that I captured before the Grafton Township separate of powers case was decided.
Someone suggested I look again.
I did and found the hearing notice for Friday had disappeared. Here’s what’s on the web site for the case now:
um, yeah. there was a session today. NOT canceled. Cal, any chance you are going to comment on Linda’s price increase (senior bus) specifically for seniors going to the Grafton Food Pantry? Nowhere else, just the food pantry. for the poor. right before Christmas. in the winter.
Class act, that good friend of your’s.
too bad she screwed up and lost that $40,000 transportation grant, eh? I must have missed where you reported on the fact that Linda Moore still hasn’t completed the required 2009 audit.
I presume you are referring the First Electric Newspaper article.
I heard questioning by Pete Gonigam Friday of Linda Moore about the subject and she said that the charge to everyone was $1 for each trip to or from the Food Pantry.
