A battery is found in the garbage and the Green Police converge on the location.
The garbage men went through the trash and, if they found nothing that could be re-cycled, the homeowner got a prize.
After finding a battery in the trash bag, the Green Police rush to raid the home.
In order to encourage re-cycling, a few people’s garbage was examined.
"Please step out of the car and put it on the hood," the Green Policeman tells the motorist with a plastic cup.
If one had nothing within that could be re-cycled, the resident got some reward.
