MAYBE THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD BUYING A CAR WAS AT LANG. LOTS OF PRESSURE AND SALES TACTICS. DISAPPEARED WITH MY KEYS AND AND KEPT MY WIFE AND 6 MONTH OLD SON WAITING FOR OVER 1/2 HOUR UNTIL I WENT AND FOUND THE SALESMAN HANGING OUT WITH THE MECHANICS IN BACK. WON’T EVER GO BACK.

Yes nice award! I just wonder how many dealers he had to compete against? I also wonder how many sales were commercial lease’s and law enforcement /city bid sales. Where he had no choice but to deliver the vech.
I stopped at their Kia showroom several weeks ago. Spent about twenty minutes looking at products. NO ONE even approached to help. I wonder how they can even sell cars to anyone.
