In the article I wrote about Terry Eck’s press conference entitled,

Ekl said he would go to the Appellate Court if the motion to dismiss Henry Tonigan and Thomas McQueen and the motion to unseal the court records in the case where Judge Gordon Graham named the two men Special Prosecutors to investigate McHenry County State’s Attorney Lou Bianchi were turned down.
